Achievements in PS: Case Studies in Applied Innovation
Innovation: a word that suggests new ideas, breakthrough thinking, unconventional approaches to problem solving. However, the most important attribute of innovation is that it successfully effects change. As service organizations, we can be aggressive and creative—yet not be effective. For service management teams that find themselves in the critical path of company success, the only type of innovation that matters is innovation that can be applied.
In the Spring 2008 TPSA Summit, we will showcase innovations in technology professional services that have led to superior business performance. Member companies that have demonstrated the most compelling service innovations will present case studies featuring successful innovations in six management disciplines:

These case studies will demonstrate impressive impact on desired business results in the areas of: Improvement of service revenues or service profits; Improvement or acceleration of product adoption; and Improvement in customer experience or satisfaction with the company
TPSA Summits have become known for two days of intense dialogue, guaranteed to provide insight on topics you care about.
