TPSA Speakers 

  • Thomas Lah co-founded and serves as Executive Director for TPSA. Since 1996, he has helped a broad range of companies establish or improve their professional services organizations. Prior to TPSA, as founder and principal of Thomas Lah, Ltd., he became known worldwide for his incisive analysis, strategic thinking, and creative solutions. His recent books include Mastering Professional Services (Professional Services Press, 2005), and Building Professional Services: The Sirens' Song (Prentice Hall, 2002). He received an undergraduate degree in Information Systems and holds an MBA from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.

  • Bo Di Muccio, Ph.D., is the Senior Director of Research and Advisory Services for TPSA. He is responsible for developing and delivering research and advisory programs that are focused on helping executives to build and optimize professional services in many of the world's leading technology companies. He has extensive experience in technology industry research, analysis and consulting, including experience in hardware, software and services. He earned his Masters and Doctoral degrees in international political economy from the School of International Relations at the University of Southern California and was a tenure-track faculty member of the University of Florida’s Department of Political Science prior to beginning his career in the technology sector.
