"Breakthroughs in Service Economics" Theme Hits Home for Attendees of Technology Services World 2009


In tough economic times, TSW draws an enthusiastic crowd.

SAN DIEGO, May 6, 2009 – Technology Services World (TSW), held May 4-6 in Silicon Valley, proved once again to be the world's leading technology services event. The conference was presented by the three leading professional associations of the services and support industry–AFSMI, SSPA, and TPSA.

The impressive attendance was due in part to the associations providing travel assistance to the registrants through partnering with Southwest Airlines and Hyatt Regency Santa Clara, the conference venue. This innovation in conference marketing addressed the travel restrictions so predominant in the industry of late.
