Jeff Howe, Author and Contributing Editor of Wired Magazine, Captivates TSW Conference Audience with Keynote on "The Power of the Crowd"

SAN DIEGO, May 6, 2009 – Technology Services World (TSW) 2009, the premier conference event for services and support held May 4-6 in Silicon Valley, closed on a high note with a compelling keynote discussion from Jeff Howe, contributing editor of Wired Magazine and author of Crowdsourcing: Why the Power of the Crowd Is Driving the Future of Business.
Howe was the first to analyze the phenomenon and coin the word "crowdsourcing" for how business was enlisting the masses to help stoke a popular trend.
