TSIA PS Solution Center Policies and Practices Survey
For some time now, we have observed a steady increase in the use of lower cost solution centers (also sometimes called competency centers or global delivery centers) by our member companies. However, we have not had a clear understanding of how they operate, what they do, where they tend to be located, what their business model is, how they fit in the PS organization’s overall sourcing model … among many other things.
To address these issues and provide clear industry benchmarks on this topic, we have formulated a TSIA Member Survey. Please complete the survey, even if you don’t have a lot of Solution Center practices to benchmark. This will give us a sense of how common the use of Solution Centers is. Most important, only survey respondents will be able to see the results of the study upon its completion.
