Lydia Zaffini
Senior Director,
Worldwide Partner Development
Lydia Zaffini currently serves as Senior Director, Worldwide Partner Development for the Technology Professional Services Association.
Lydia is responsible for all aspects of the TPSA Partner Program – creation of new offerings, relationship management and insuring that the program delivers value for both our partners and our members. During her over 25 year career in the technology industry, Lydia Zaffini has served in senior management positions in sales, marketing and professional services for companies ranging in tenure from start-up to established. Her background includes over five years with Motorola, over ten years with Apple Computer and four years with IBM. In addition, she has assisted several privately held start-up and emerging software and services companies to grow their businesses and develop strategic relationships with both clients and partners. She has worked extensively with companies such as Sybase, Teradata, Avid and others to develop and leverage partner program relationships.
In addition to management of the TPSA Partner Program, Lydia is also responsible for the partner programs for TPSA’s sister associations – the Association for Services Management International (AFSMI) and the Service and Support Professionals Association (SSPA).
