
Director of Operations
Greg Burnett currently serves as Director of Operations, focused on enhancing the customer experience and providing general management of the business. In addition, he regularly contributes his professional services expertise to TPSA member programs.
Since the late 1990s, Greg has applied expertise and first hand knowledge to the IT industry from the customer care, marketing, and professional services points of view. Prior to TPSA, he worked for five years as a Senior Consultant and Consultant for IBM Global Services and PricewaterhouseCoopers respectively. As a management consultant he advised clients on the strategy and implementation of best practice customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives including measurable performance improvement, business process re-engineering, business requirements development, and quality assurance. In addition, his management consulting experience includes full life-cycle implementation of package software including project management, implementation strategy analysis, system definition, system construction, system testing, and end-user training.
He also held positions in marketing and merchandise operations for Nortel Networks specializing in primary market research, relationship marketing, new product development, and customer care. In both roles at Nortel Networks he worked directly with customers and business partners to efficiently solve business problems with technology solutions.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management (cum Laude) from North Carolina State University with a concentration in Marketing and is currently pursuing an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
