Thomas Lah

Executive Director
Technology Professional Services Association

Thomas Lah co-founded and currently serves as the Executive Director of the Technology Professional Services Association (TPSA). Prior to TPSA, as founder and principal of Thomas Lah, Ltd. he became known worldwide for his incisive analysis, strategic thinking, and creative solutions. His recent books include Mastering Professional Services (Professional Services Press, 2005), and Building Professional Services: The Sirens' Song (Prentice Hall, 2002). In his earlier career, he was Director of Solutions Engineering at Silicon Graphics. Previously, he worked with several other companies in related roles, including Director of Solutions Engineering, Business Development Director, Regional Sales Director, and Senior I/T Development Manager. He received an undergraduate degree in Information Systems and holds an MBA from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.


Geoffery Moore

Managing Director

Geoffrey Moore is a best-selling author, a Managing Director at TCG Advisors and a venture partner at Mohr Davidow Ventures. At TCG Advisors, he divides his time between consulting on strategy and transformation challenges with senior executives and developing mental models to support the practice. At MDV he serves as an advisor to many of their portfolio companies by drawing upon best practices derived from his extensive background working with technology startups. His books include Dealing with Darwin, Crossing the Chasm, Inside the Tornado, The Gorilla Game, and Living on the Fault Line. Earlier in his career, he was a principal and partner at Regis McKenna, Inc. He was a sales and marketing executive in the software industry for the decade prior. Geoffrey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Literature from Stanford University and a Doctorate in Literature from the University of Washington.

Chris Dowse is Founder and CEO of Neochange, a San Francisco based Management Consulting Company, that specializes in Effective User AdoptionTM strategies and best practices. Chris has consulted with IT executives of Fortune 500 such as Wells Fargo, Cisco and McKesson in the areas of Effective User Adoption and Software-Driven Business Transformations. As an internal consultant to one of the world’s largest resource conglomerates (BHP Biliton) Chris has worked in 12 different countries identifying implementation risks and benefit realization drivers for multi-million dollar capital projects. In more recent years Chris has turned his focus towards these same business challenges in the software industry. Neochange currently advises several industry leading software vendors on their Effective User Adoption strategies. Chris is a cited industry thought leader on User Adoption. He has presented at leading industry conferences and has been published in industry publications on how software vendors and enterprise buyers can address User Adoption challenges.


Dean McMann

Dean McMann is the co-founder, CEO, and Senior Partner for McMann and Ransford. He has provided service and advice to many of the world’s largest professional services and technology firms, and has personally led engagements working with all of the old Big 5 firms, as well as leading strategy firms such as McKinsey & Company. In the technology arena, Mr. McMann has served as a personal advisor to leaders of professional services organizations at IBM, Xerox, GE, Oracle, Peoplesoft, Compaq, Fujitsu, Dell and Telcordia as they have organized, restructured and transitioned their businesses for rapid growth.


Jeffrey Babin

Jeffrey Babin has more than 20 years of experience developing business strategies for emerging companies as well as Fortune 500 clients including AT&T, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, and Intel.  Jeffrey is a Managing Director and founder of Antiphony Partners, LLC, a strategic consulting firm that specializes in helping companies create sustainable value through innovation. Prior to Antiphony, he served as CEO of Corporate Technology Ventures, a company he founded and grew into one of the nation’s premier medical software publishing companies. He currently serves as a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship at School of Engineering and Applied Science (SEAS) and in Marketing at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Among his many additional roles, he is the Associate Director of the National University of Singapore's College in BioValley and is the India Country Manager for the Wharton Global Consulting Practicum. Jeffrey earned a B.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from The Wharton School.


Pete McCabe

Chief Quality Officer
GE Healthcare

Pete McCabe is Chief Quality Officer of GE Healthcare, a $15B division of General Electric.  GE Healthcare is the global leader in medical Diagnostic technology, information systems and Biosciences. 

Pete began his career of GE’s Manufacturing Management program in 1988.  While on program he held positions in GE aerospace and GE Plastics, with responsibilities in Sourcing, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality and front line supervision.  In 1990 he joined GE Plastics as Indirect and Direct Sourcing leader for the MT Vernon Sites.  In 2992 he moved to the Lexan finishing Operation as a Production Engineer.

In 1994 Pete joined Halliburton Energy services as Business Unit Manager with responsibility for leading all aspects of a $75 MM P&L.  In 1996 he led the Manufacturing Operations in the initiation and implementation of a Global ERP system.  Pete joined I-gate capital in 1998 as the managing Principal for their SAP Supply Chain group.

In 2000 Pete joined GE’s Corporate Initiative Group with responsibilities for e-procurement and corporate indirect and direct sourcing.  In 2001 Pete joined GE Medical Systems as the General Manager of Learning Solutions and was named General Manager, Performance Services in 2002.

In October 2004, Pete was appointed General Manager, Global Customer Quality.  In August 2005, Pete assumed the position of Chief Quality Officer for GE Healthcare.  In this role, Pete is responsible for leading global Quality and Regulatory Assurance (QA/RA), global product quality initiatives, customer quality initiatives and GE Healthcare’s drive to improve the speed and quality of our key customer facing processes through Lean Six-Sigma.

Pete earned a BS degree in Mechanical engineering from Northeastern University in 1988.  Pete and his wife have three daughters and they reside in the Waukesha, Wisconsin area.
