Mark Hodges

Mark Hodges is the Division Vice President, Customer Care. In this role Mr. Hodges is responsible for the Global Technical Support Organization as well as a number of functions in the Services business unit focused on driving customer success and realized value. In addition to these operational responsibilities, Mr. Hodges also works directly with the PTC Executive team to set annual customer satisfaction targets and program content to drive continuous improvement. Mr. Hodges is also the current chair of PTC’s Operations Council.

Mr. Hodges has worked within PTC for the past 21 years. Beginning his career at GE Calma and moved to Prime Computers, Computervision and finally PTC where he has held a variety of senior roles in sales, marketing, and services related to CAD and PLM solutions. Prior to joining the software industry Mr. Hodges worked for 10 years as a professional engineer in the Aerospace and Defense industry.

Mr. Hodges worked in the UK until 1997 when he moved to the United States after his successful tenure as the Program Manager for Airbus account. Since joining PTC, Mr. Hodges has worked extensively with many of the companies largest customers and has played an active role as the liaison to the PTC User Group Board of Directors in North America. In addition, he co-chairs the Corporate escalation process which is used to identify customer critical issues and to drive prioritized cross functional resolutions.

In addition to his current responsibilities, Mr. Hodges is a regular presenter at user and customer conferences. Mr. Hodges earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering and a post graduate Diploma in Management Studies (DMS)
