Dan Nero joined IKON Office Solutions as Vice President of Information Technologies for IKON North America in 1999 with over twenty-seven years of technical, operations, and sales experience.  In 2002 he was promoted to help build Professional Services and has been a key member in developing the PS Strategy and implementing the PS Field and Headquarter Infrastructure from a Financial, Operational and Sales perspective. Dan is currently the Vice President of Professional Services.

Dan comes to IKON after having been Division Vice President of Operations for XYAN, Inc. where he was responsible for managing field operations consisting of Sales, Information Technology, Digital Printing, Legal Copying and Facilities Management throughout the United States.  He has also been a guest speaker at such national conventions as Seybold, XPLOR, VUE/Point, DMIA, Information Management Institute and On-Demand.
