Una O'Neill is Senior Vice President and General Manager of CA Services. This worldwide organization provides professional services and education & training related to CA’s products and solutions.  Through a combination of CA experts and a network of certified partners, CA Services offers a portfolio of Assessment, Design, Implementation and Optimization services that help customers maximize their investment in CA solutions and ultimately achieve their business goals.

Prior to running CA Services, Una managed pre-sales consulting within Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Una joined CA in 1994, having worked previously with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Una received a bachelor's degree in engineering and mathematics from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland.
