Thomas P. Roloff is Senior Vice President of Consulting and Solution Integration Services at EMC Corporation. Roloff oversees the application of EMC technologies in the development of innovative solutions and services. He works with many of EMC's industry/military/government customers, partners, and systems integrators—to develop next-generation IT solutions. These solutions address challenges related to information management, security, consolidation, compliance, comprehensive backup, recovery, archiving, and business continuity.

Previously, Roloff served as a Managing Director at Perot Systems, where he led strategy, business development, and consulting engagements in multiple vertical industries. He has also held key positions at CSC/Index and General Electric.

Roloff is a graduate of Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania, and holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. He also holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, where his thesis led to the development of a U.S. patent.
