Raj Sabnani is Vice President of Customer Services at Juniper Networks. He leads the worldwide service strategy which includes evolution of service portfolios, solution creation, tools and automation, partner and channel relationships and service marketing.
He has been with Juniper Networks for the past two years, where he continues to drive change. Prior to his current assignment – he was leading the worldwide technical support team at Juniper. In his past he worked at network technology companies like Cisco Systems, Redback Networks, and several startups in various leadership roles delivering services to internal and external customers.
He is a change agent and drives a culture that fosters creativity to take customer satisfaction and service delivery to newer heights. He is constantly looking for opportunities to improve product absorption and customer experience along with increasing service revenue, margins and value while leveraging a scalable delivery framework.
He has an MS in Electrical Engineering and has been a speaker in several forums on Services leadership.
