Ken Kaisen joined Avaya as Vice President, Consulting and Systems Integration (C&SI), Avaya Global Services, in July, 2005. Ken is accountable for the development and growth of C&SI, Avaya’s global professional services and implementation business.

Ken comes to Avaya after having been at the forefront of Xerox’s ongoing transition to a services-led company for several years. Most recently, he was Vice President/General Manager of the Enterprise Document Services Business Team for Xerox Global Services, where he had global responsibility for offering development, program management, marketing, field enablement and business results. Previously he was VP/GM of the Business Innovation Practices at Xerox Global Services. Ken has also served as Chief Information Officer for Xerox North America. Earlier in his career, Ken was the Chief Engineer for several of Xerox’s most successful software-intensive products. He was also Corporate Vice President, Information Systems and Technology-Based Marketing for New England Business Services, in Boston, MA.

Ken earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, N.Y. and has completed advanced course work at Rochester Institute of Technology, Harvard Business School, M.I.T and Columbia University. Ken serves on Xerox’s High-Tech Advisory Council and has also served on the FBI’s technology advisory board and on the board of several high technology companies.
