John Kelly
President, Global Services North America
Xerox Corporation
John Kelly serves as president of Xerox's Global Services North America Division, specializing in document, content and knowledge management. He was named to this position in April 2007 and prior to that was the senior vice president and chief operating officer of the division. He has been a corporate vice president since February 2006.
In his role, Kelly is responsible for XGS operations in North America including major account sales and go to market teams, consulting and delivery across XGS's three lines of business. He also oversees new service offering development and implementation.
Prior to Xerox, he held leadership positions at NEC Corp. including chief executive officer of its U.S. consulting subsidiary, and with Cap Gemini's consulting business as managing director of North America and senior vice president of its European operations.
He holds a master's degree in engineering and operations research from the University of Texas at Austin and bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Manhattan College in New York.
