Mr. Klein is a veteran executive and entrepreneur with proven experience in building and leading outstanding technology/services enterprises. He currently serves as Group Vice President for SAP Business Objects Education, the world's leading provider of business intelligence solutions, with responsibilities for all consulting and education lines of business. Prior to joining Business Objects, Mr. Klein led Convene, Inc., an eLearning software company focused on improving enterprise performance. As their President & Chief Executive Officer, he brought Convene’s “Educate, Collaborate, Operate” vision to life: the convergence of training, knowledge management and performance support.   

Mr. Klein also built a solid record of achievement at PeopleSoft, Inc., where he served as Vice President, Worldwide Education Services. In this position he innovated new sales, marketing, and operational practices to grow PeopleSoft Education Services into one of the largest training businesses in the technology sector. Under his leadership, the PeopleSoft operation evolved into a learning services group and introduced new innovative eLearning programs. While also at PeopleSoft, he served as Vice President, Education Services Americas Field Operation, and was responsible for a class delivery business that grew to serve 140,000 students annually with 97% satisfaction ratings. Mr. Klein also served as the General Manager, Tandem Education for Tandem Computers Inc. (now HP) where he directed the global customer education business as well as provided internal technical, sales, management, and customer services training to Tandem's 6000 employees.

Mr. Klein is a graduate of Northern Illinois University with a B.S. in Computer Science.
