2009 TSIA Compensation study

Participation is no longer available for this Multi-Member Study. The study is now in quarantine.

TSIA creates opportunities for members to participate in focused benchmarking studies that go beyond the core research that forms the basis of our primary PS dataset. Two studies were successfully completed by TSIA in 2009 PS Project Performance and Market Rates. We are now launching a third study on Compensation.

Study Methodology
The TSIA 2009 Compensation Study is a multi-member study with a focus on several metrics (to be determined by TSIA and the Steering Committee) associated with technology professional services compensation.

Participating member companies contribute data to the Study and share in the Study results.  Contributing data is the key commitment made by participating member companies.  Respondent anonymity—individual and company—will be maintained for all participants.

We will continue to accept new participants through the end of September.
The Study will be open to TSIA members only.

The Study questionnaire will be designed with input from, and review by a Steering Committee, composed of representatives from five participating member companies.

TSIA analysts will administer the survey, and perform a detailed analysis of the survey results, including normalization for all variations, as needed.
TSIA will create all deliverables, including an Executive Summary and a full Research Report.  (See €œDeliverables€ below.)

Schedule
The TSIA 2009 Compensation Study will be conducted according to the following schedule:

  • September:  Begin recruiting regular participants
  • September €“ October:  Finalize and Field Study
  • October €“ November:  Collect and Analyze Data
  • December:  Participant Webcast/Finalize Study

  • Participants-only results webcast

How to Participate

After the four-month quarantine period, the study results will be made available to the broader membership. Participating companies are not identified outside of the participant group, and the study results are only available to member companies.

If your company is interested in purchasing access to the study results, please contact your membership development director, or contact us at info@TSIAonline.com or 858-673-3041.
