Background
The 2009 Managed Services Study, a landmark Multi-Member Benchmarking Study, jointly created by TPSA and its sister associations, SSPA and AFSMI was completed in February, 2009. Originally available only to study participants, the core deliverables and findings are now available via two options to all member companies.
Study Overview
The Managed Services Study includes an unprecedented data set specific to embedded Managed Services. The Study covered overall profile, business model, contract metrics, all functions and practices and results from a balanced cross-section of TPSA, AFSMI and SSPA Member Companies.

After a quarantine period of four months, Study results will be made available to the broader membership. At no time will Study results be made available to non-member companies. At no time will participating companies be identified outside of the participant group itself.
