2007 TPSA Compensation study

Now Available For Purchase by All Member Companies

In April 2007, TPSA completed a landmark Multi-Member Benchmarking Study on PS compensation focused on variable compensation levers used in the industry.  Originally available only to study participants, the core deliverables and findings are now available for purchase by all member companies.

The 2007 TPSA PS Compensation Study includes six different categories of data including company profile, TPS organization profile, compensation policy, and practice data along with incumbent salary and position-level compensation data from a balanced cross-section of TPSA Member Companies.

The result of the study is a rich, new understanding of common PS compensation practices together with an unprecedented compilation of thousands of actual compensation data points for 12 PS positions across the three functional areas of service delivery, service engineering, and service sales.
